The Hol Kaan condominiums are situated on the west side of the fairway of the first hole of the golf course. There are great views of the golf course from this units living room, Hol Kaan has a roof top Terrace with nice views to Playacar, the golf course, the ocean, and Cozumel. Included with your stay at the Hol Kaan condo is a VIP Reef card membership. This will allow you and your guests to use the beach, pools, and chairs at the Reef Club Resort. The Reef Club is only about one-fourth mile away but best accessed by car or bicycle since you would need to cross the golf course to walk there directly. Also included is cable TV in the living room as well as the master bedrooms. We will also provide maid service two times weekly. Internet via wireless connection is also provided for your traveling worker bees! This unit is modern and furnished with beautiful, new furniture and appliances. The air-conditioning systems are state-of-the-art and allow you to control each rooms temperature separately. There are laundry machines in the service room, pure water dispensers, and beach supplies such as coolers, chairs, and boogie boards. And right over the pool.
